​GREAT NEWS FOR SAVE THE DONKEY
FIELD SUPPORTERS!
We have learned today that the Planning Inspectorate have dismissed the appeal by the Developers. The Developers had appealed under s78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 against a failure to give notice within the prescribed period of a decision on an application for outline planning permission. This is excellent news and a testament to the hard work and dedication of our supporters. We do not know what will happen next and will remain vigilant and ready to campaign again if needed. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!
